What we collect, why, and how we protect it

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MeBabe OS (“MeBabe”, “we”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our service. We've tried to write this in plain English; the obligations are the same.

1. Information we collect

You give us

  • Account info — email address, name, password (stored hashed by Supabase Auth).
  • Blueprint inputs — birth date, birth time, birth location. We use these to compute Human Design type, life path number, personal year, and zodiac information for personalisation.
  • Journal entries, intentions, vision targets — anything you write into the dashboard.
  • Wealth snapshot inputs — high-level numbers (income range, expense categories, savings rate, financial goal) you choose to provide. We do not collect bank or card details.
  • Conversations with the MeBabe agents — we store these so the agents have memory across sessions.

Generated by your use

  • Daily actions, completion records, OS scores — derived from your interactions.
  • Server logs — IP address, user agent, request path, timestamps. Used for security and debugging.
  • Error and performance data — captured by our error monitoring vendor for stability work.

From integrations (only if you connect them)

  • Google Calendar — read-only access to events on your primary calendar so we can sync them into your day view.
  • Gmail — limited access to read message metadata (sender, subject, snippet) for unread emails, and to draft and send replies you initiate from the MeBabe interface.

OAuth tokens for Google services are stored encrypted at rest. You can disconnect either integration at any time from Settings → Connections; we revoke the tokens with Google and delete the stored records.

Payments

We use Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe collects your card details directly — we never see them. Stripe shares with us a customer ID, whether the payment succeeded, and the subscription status. Stripe's own privacy practices apply to their handling of your information.

2. How we use information

  • To provide the Service — generating personalised plans, briefs, and conversations; syncing your calendar; gating premium features by subscription.
  • To bill you and prevent fraud.
  • To send transactional emails (welcome, billing receipts, security notices). Marketing emails only with your consent and an unsubscribe link.
  • To improve the Service — debugging issues, fixing bugs, and prioritising features.
  • To comply with law and protect our users.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your journal entries, blueprint, or Gmail/Calendar content to train third-party AI models.

3. AI processing

Personalisation is delivered by sending the relevant inputs (your blueprint, the most recent conversation history with the agent you're talking to, the prompt for that feature) to Anthropic (Claude). Anthropic acts as our processor under their commercial terms and does not use your inputs to train models.

4. Google API limited use

MeBabe OS's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Gmail and Calendar data only for the in-app features described above; we don't transfer it to third parties except to provide those features, don't use it for ads, and don't allow humans to read it except as set out in the Terms.

5. How we share information

  • Service providers we rely on to run MeBabe OS: hosting (Vercel), database and auth (Supabase), payments (Stripe), email (Loops or equivalent), AI (Anthropic), error monitoring. They process your data on our instructions and under their respective terms.
  • Legal requests — if compelled by valid legal process, with notice to you where permitted.
  • In a business transfer — if MeBabe is acquired or merged, your information may transfer to the successor, who must honour this policy or notify you.

6. Where we store information

Data is stored on infrastructure operated by Supabase (database) and Vercel (compute, edge cache) primarily in the United States. By using the Service, users in other regions consent to their data being processed in the US.

7. How long we keep it

  • Account, blueprint, journal, and conversation data — for as long as your account is active.
  • Stripe billing records — for the period required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years).
  • Server logs and error data — typically 30–90 days.
  • OAuth tokens — until you disconnect, after which they are revoked and deleted.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where law requires retention (e.g. tax records).

8. Your rights

You can:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information from your settings page.
  • Delete your account and the personal data tied to it.
  • Export your journal entries and conversations on request.
  • Opt out of marketing emails at any time.
  • Withdraw consent for Google integrations by disconnecting.

Residents of the EU/UK have rights under the GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Residents of California have rights under the CCPA including the right to know what we collect and the right to deletion. Email fg@me3babe.com to exercise any of these rights.

9. Children

MeBabe OS is for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete the account.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards: encrypted transport (HTTPS), encryption at rest for OAuth tokens, scoped database access via row-level security, per-route authentication, and a hardened webhook signature path for billing. No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you in line with applicable law.

11. Changes

We'll update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
