When and how we issue refunds

Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about subscribing to MeBabe OS. This page explains when we issue refunds and how to request one.

1. Founding member (one-time payment)

If you purchased the Founding plan and it isn't for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, Founding payments are final.

To request a refund, email fg@me3babe.com from the address tied to your account with the subject line “Founding refund request”. We process refunds within 5 business days; depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

2. Core and Elite (recurring subscriptions)

You can cancel any recurring subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods or unused time on an active subscription. If you forget to cancel and a renewal goes through, contact us within 72 hours of the renewal charge and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.

3. Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, your subscription will be marked past-due and you'll retain access through the end of your current paid period while Stripe retries. If the retry sequence exhausts without a successful charge, the subscription is cancelled and access ends.

4. Promo / referral access

Access granted by a promo code (FOUNDERMEBABE, MEBABEVIP, MEBABEGANG, etc.) or referral bonus has no monetary value and is not refundable. Promo codes can be revoked if used in violation of these terms or our Terms of Service.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

Please email us before filing a card chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues directly and faster. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension while we investigate.

6. Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside the windows above at our discretion in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or extended service outages caused by us.
