Terms of Service

Welcome to MeBabe OS. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the MeBabe OS website, dashboard, AI assistants, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

MeBabe OS is operated by ME3BABE LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 4304, St. Petersburg, FL 33702 (“MeBabe”, “we”, “us”).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MeBabe OS. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us at fg@me3babe.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. The Service

MeBabe OS provides AI-generated coaching, planning, and reflection tools personalised to information you give us — including your name, birth date and location, journal entries, and pillar scores. The AI outputs are generated by third-party language models on your behalf. They are intended to be useful and supportive but they are not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychiatric advice and should not be relied on as such. Always consult a qualified professional for matters with real consequences.

Optional integrations let you connect MeBabe OS to your Google Calendar and Gmail. Your use of those integrations is subject to the section “Google API limited use” below and to Google's own terms.

4. Plans and payments

We currently offer:

• Founding member — a one-time payment that grants ongoing access for the duration of the founding program.
• Core — a recurring subscription billed at the interval shown on the pricing page.
• Elite — a recurring subscription billed at the interval shown on the pricing page.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the applicable plan price plus any taxes. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, harmful to others, or that violates these Terms.
• Attempt to access another user's account, data, or AI conversations.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the Service.
• Use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or that infringes anyone's rights.
• Resell, sublicense, or build a competing service on top of MeBabe OS without written permission.
• Probe, attack, or otherwise compromise the Service's security or rate limits.

6. Your content

Anything you write into the Service — journal entries, blueprint inputs, conversations with the MeBabe agents — is yours. You grant MeBabe a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train third-party AI models for the benefit of others.

7. Google API limited use

When you connect Google Calendar or Gmail, MeBabe OS's use of the data received from Google APIs adheres to Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• We use Gmail and Calendar data only to provide the user-facing features you see in MeBabe OS (reading the inbox to summarise it for you, drafting replies you initiate, syncing calendar events into your day plan).
• We do not transfer your Gmail or Calendar data to third parties except as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, or with your explicit consent.
• We do not use your Gmail or Calendar data to serve advertisements.
• We do not allow humans to read your Gmail or Calendar data unless you give explicit consent for specific messages, it's necessary for security purposes (e.g., investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or for our internal operations and only where the data has been aggregated and anonymised.

8. AI outputs

AI outputs are generated probabilistically and may be wrong, biased, or out of date. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions without independent verification. You are responsible for what you do with AI outputs.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including the MeBabe brand, the agent personas (Luna, Sage, Rex, Cash, Aura, Nova, Aria, Vera), the design system, and the underlying software, are owned by MeBabe and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal use in accordance with these Terms.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your access stops; we will retain or delete your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEBABE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID MEBABE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll notify you by email or in-app. Your continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
